The 2024 Okanagan Fest of Ale Vendor Registration is now Open!

We are hoping to bring back all of the features the Fest of Ale usually has to offer. 2022 will look different, and we are working hard to figure out all of the details involved with awards, industry activities and vendor perks. The Okanagan Fest of Ale Board of Directors are thrilled to be changing things up with a one-day outdoor celebration and we hope you join us!

Event Hours:
Saturday, May 14, Noon - 7:00

Event Location: Okanagan Lake Park

What We Supply: 10 x 10ft outdoor space with 1 - 6 ft table with plastic coverings; Four (4) non-transferable wristbands to be used by your team & Four (4) sampling glasses; Refrigerated storage, large Coleman jug for water and slop pails

2022 Registration Fees: $325 + tax ; Electricity (available at venue rates)

All participants must provide proof of insurance naming the Okanagan Fest of Ale Society as an additional insurer one month prior to the event
All participants must agree to a hold harmless clause on approval of participation
All participants are expected to promote their participation at the event in house and through social media in advance of the event
All participants must agree to manning their booth with a minimum of 2 Serving It Right certified individuals during the event (names & SIR #'s for staff must be submitted the week before the event)
