Press Release – Early Bird Tickets on sale December 1
Early Bird Tickets on Sale December 1 for the Okanagan Fest of Ale – April 10 & 11, 2026
The Okanagan Fest of Ale returns April 10 & 11, 2026, at the Penticton Trade and Convention Centre—bringing back two days of great beer, cider, food, and live entertainment for everyone 19+.
“We’re looking forward to celebrating the 29th Annual Okanagan Fest of Ale and showcasing the best of BC craft beer and cider,” said Michael Stocker, President of the Okanagan Fest of Ale Society. “We’re also excited to introduce some new upgrades this year, including extended Friday hours until 10 pm. We plan to bring in some great bands and kick things up a notch!”
The outdoor Fest of Ale Hopyard will also return, making full use of the beautiful space beside the PTCC to welcome spring in style. Another new addition for 2026: bonus tokens. “All tickets will include two tokens upon entry,” said Stocker. “Weekend passes will receive two tokens per day so guests can enjoy even more of the incredible craft ales on offer.”
The Fest of Ale Society is operated by a dedicated volunteer board whose mission is to celebrate craft beer and raise money for local charities. “Hosting an event of this size, while keeping it affordable for both beer lovers and brewers, is no small feat in today’s economy,” Stocker added. “We truly appreciate the community’s support. Over the years, the Fest of Ale has donated more than $850,000 to local charities. While COVID slowed our giving, we are hopeful this year will allow us to once again raise meaningful funds.”
The festival also plans to highlight award-winning breweries more prominently. “With the support of our Awards Coordinator, Lundy Dale, our awards program grows every year,” said Stocker. “This year, winners will be announced earlier in the weekend so everyone has the chance to taste the best in each category.”
Early bird tickets go on sale Monday, December 1.
Single-day tickets are $49 + tax, and two-day passes are $69 + tax. Early bird pricing runs until January 31, after which prices increase. Tickets can be purchased at festofale.ca—perfect for holiday gifting for the beer lover in your life.
Breweries and cideries can begin submitting vendor applications next week. As one of BC’s largest beer festivals, Fest of Ale expects to feature more than 200 beers and ciders in 2026. Applications for beverage, food, and entertainment vendors will be collected into the new year as planning continues.
“Once again, proceeds from the event will support local charities,” said Stocker. “So pick up tickets for yourself—or as Christmas gifts—and know you’re supporting a great cause: beer and charity.”
