Registrations to participate in the 2020 Okanagan Fest will be accepted until Friday December 20, 2019!

Join us for our biggest party yet!!  5,000+ flow through over the 2-day event.  Fabulous Food, Great Live Entertainment both Indoors and Out. Awards for Best in Show Peoples’ Choice Best Restaurant – Net Proceeds to Charity – over $700,000 donated to date!

Event Hours:

Friday April 17th 4:00 – 9:00
Saturday April 18th noon – 6:00
Industry Hours Friday 1:00 – 3:00

General Information
  • Vendors are encouraged  to prepare dishes that pair with craft beer and cider.
  • If you are interested in partnering with a brewery or cidery on this please let us know in the notes section at the bottom of the registration form.
  • Vendor space is limited to  12 vendors (typically 6-food truck outside and 6 restaurateurs inside).
  • Vendors will be able to showcase up to 3 menu items, each item priced no more than $8
  • Vendors can offer water for sale – not to exceed $2/bottle
  • Vendors can collect either cash or tokens as payment for product
  • Exhibitors are required to prepare, deliver, store and serve their own food items (UNFORTUNATELY WE ARE NOT ABLE TO OFFER VENDORS ACCESS TO THE PTCC KITCHEN)
  • All food vendors are responsible for being self-sufficient and arrange all their own supplies including buckets and trays to hold or acquire ice

Indoor Booths

  • Booth Fee $300+tax
  • Booths measure 8-ft x 10-ft and include an 8-ft back drape; 2 skirted tables with plastic tops, access to ice and your choice of 1 Standard – 120 V- 10 amp OR 20 amp phase electrical
  • Additional electrical, if required, will be charged according to PTCC rates
  • Set Up: Friday April 17th 11:00 – 3:00; Take Down: Saturday April 18th 6:00 – 8:00
  • All equipment must be removed or storage fees will be charged

Once approved to participate, the following will be required: :

  • Submit and be approved for a Temporary Food Service Permit by Interior Health
  • Supply a copy of your Food Safe Certification to the OFOA
  • Supply a certificate of Commercial General Liability Insurance naming the Okanagan Fest of Ale Society as an additional insured.  Policy minimum, of $2,000,000 and include  product liability and contractual liability coverage

Outdoor Booths

  • Booth Fee $250+tax
  • Mobile vendors must be completely self sufficient
  • There will be NO ACCESS TO POWER  onsite; mobile vendors can bring their own generators, so long as they are quiet.
  • Mobile Food Vendors will be allocated space on site at the event
  • Outdoor vendors are required to be onsite by 11:00 am Friday April 17th and be prepared to leave their mobile unit onsite until close of day Saturday April 18th to accommodate on site fencing

Once approved to participate, the following will be required:

  • Supply a copy of your Interior Health Mobile Vendor Operating Permit to the OFOA
  • Supply a copy of your Food Safe Certificate to the OFOA
  • Supply a certificate of Commercial General Liability Insurance naming the Okanagan Fest of Ale Society as an additional insured.  Policy minimum, of $2,000,000 and include  product liability and contractual liability coverage
  • Approval by the Fire Chief in accordance with the BC Fire Code Regulations for Mobile vendors

*Each exhibitor will receive 6 exhibitor non-transferable wristbands & 6 glasses for staff
Staff must be 19 or older as per BC Liquor Regulations; servers cannot consume alcoholic beverages within or beside their booth, or during their shift
*All participants are expected to promote their participation at the event in house and through social media

Registrations will be accepted until December 20, 2019!  

Selection will be based on best fit for diversity of product with preference given to vendors whose menus pair best with craft beer and cider.
Confirmation of participation will be sent via email  on or before January 17, 2020.
