We are now accepting registrations for the 2025 FOA Volunteer Crew!

The Okanagan Fest of Ale will take place Friday, April 12 from 4 - 9 pm and Saturday, April 13 from Noon - 6 pm. Volunteers are asked to attend a volunteer orientation a few weeks before the event.

Once we receive your registration, we will try our hardest to accommodate your shift requests and will be in touch in February.

Prospera has once again Volunteered to run our Cash Room and Token Sales, and will be providing Volunteers - if you are interested in Token Sales, please indicate in the notes and we may schedule you for that based on the needs of Prospera.

Volunteer to have a great time at this year's Okanagan Fest of Ale. Not only is the Fest of Ale one of Penticton’s foremost events to attend, it is also one of the most popular events for volunteers. With its lively fun atmosphere and the net proceeds donated back into the community, it’s a win win for everyone involved.

Volunteers must be a minimum 19 years of age - proper ID may be requested

Volunteers must commit to one full shift (approx 5 hours) over the course of the two-day event
Volunteers are welcome to work more than one shift should they choose
Volunteers are asked to show up 15 minutes prior to their scheduled shift
Volunteers must complete a new volunteer application each year
Volunteers are asked attend a Volunteer Orientation Meeting - a week prior to the event at the Penticton Trade& Convention Centre

2025 Fest of Ale Volunteers can enjoy access to the event when they are not on shift.

Official 2025 Brew Crew Volunteer shirt (to be worn while on shift) and sampling glass
Invite to attend Volunteer Appreciation Event held in conjunction with the Annual Charitable Distribution in October (date tbd)
Giving back is what it's all about! Net proceeds from the event are gifted to local charities - over $800,00 to date and counting!
